Location: In the Riata Business Park, located in far northwest Austin, between US Highway 183 and Parmer Lane.

HVAC: Individual split systems, designed for maximum flexibility. Multiple zones in each space. Each feature individually-controlled thermostats and variable air flow features. 24/7 service available for server rooms and special needs. HVAC management system onsite.

 

Lighting: Parabolic features installed in each space. Miniblinds installed on all exterior windows.

 

Broadband: Fiber Optic service to the building is provided by SBC and Time Warner Telecom. Each provider enters via a dedicated conduit from different points, providing fully redundant services for those who require such.

 

Telecom: Also provided by both SBC and Time Warner.

 

Wiring: The west, or Accelerator wing, features CAT 6 backbone wiring which connects the datacom room to consolidation boxes located approximately every 64 feet along the interior corridor. From each consolidation box, CAT 6 horizontal cabling creates a local network to each workstation. Consolidation boxes can be connected quickly in order to provide maximum flexibility for companies rapidly expanding (or contracting). All voice communications are carried on CAT 3.

 

Security Features: 24/7, motion-sensitive video monitoring of all ingress/egress points of the building. Card key access during non-business hours.

 

Life Safety Features: Automatic fire sprinkler system.

 

Construction Features: Construction Features: Tilt wall construction. Exposed concrete floors in common areas. Low “E”, 1” insulated tinted windows. Separate electrical/data/telecom rooms in each wing.
